It was an excellent experience with Chase Macmillan to find our new residence especially the services extended by the letting negotiator Miss.Leha Rana. She took utmost care and it was absolutely an open and transparent dealing with respect to the viewing property and subsequently getting into a tenancy agreement. We are very happy with the services provided by Chase Macmillan and Miss Leha. All the handling of documentation processes including reference checks and initial procedures were very transparent. The landlord and tenant meetings and monetary transactions were dealt nicely and with highest degree of professionalism. Every since I started my house hunt, Leha was the first agent I met. She clearly understood what I wanted and just showed me the right thing that matched my budget! Not only did she give me the options to choose from, but also helped me negotiate and get the best price the flat and I deserved! She has been supportive all throughout the deal and even if I've the smallest queries now she would not take time to accept calls and guide me to the best source! She's not just an agent but a good friend that I earned all throughout this deal!
She's bubbly and its more like a personal relation that she shares with clients which makes her win the clients for long term!
